Description of Products
Every effort is made to ensure the descriptions, prices and specification of products on the Jane McCulla Ceramics website are as accurate as possible. However, due to the handmade nature of the products offered on this website, some of these descriptions are only approximate. Jane McCulla Ceramics reserves the right to make changes which will not materially affect the quality or performance of these handmade ceramic items.
Your order may not be accepted or processed online if there are errors in the description of the goods you have ordered or their individual item prices or shipping selection. We will contact you immediately should this situation occur.
Listings appearing in the Jane McCulla Ceramics website or online shop may be withdrawn from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability is also subject to change without notice.
Every effort has been taken to ensure that the images of items and colours of the ceramic glazes on this website are accurate. However, due to the nature of both computer operating system colour palettes and computer monitor displays, there may be discrepancies beyond our control.
After placing an order and paying through credit card or Paypal, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. However, please note that all products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as is reasonably possible should the goods you have ordered be unavailable and a full refund will be offered.
Acceptance of your order will be confirmed by email to the address you have given and the sending of this email (whether or not it is received) acts as the contract between us.
We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to accept or reject any offer.
The costing of each of the products will be the price quoted in the online shop page on the Jane McCulla Ceramics website at the time we accept your order. All prices are subject to change without notice. The item price quoted will not include the cost of shipping.
In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted on the Jane McCulla Ceramics online shop at the time your order is placed. Individual delivery charges vary according to the country of the delivery address you specify in your order.
Payment by credit card or Paypal is accepted and it is listed on the Website at the time you place your order.
Refunds will only be made by means of a credit to the account used for the original payment.
Safe packaging is paramount to ensure your purchase arrives with you safely. Orders are dispatched on Wednesdays and Fridays.
